We have a multitude of equipment to process any part for a simple bracket to a complicated machined part. We can cut up to 5/8 in. thick steel on our plasma table, bundle cut bar stock on our fully automated band saw.

Our machining centers can produce parts in no time, drill & tap holes exactly where you want them. Machine parts to within .001 in. and repeat this over and over. Our in-house programming with CAD/CAM software can simulate the part before the machine runs so we can quote you the best possible price. We work with many different software formats so if you already have your part designed we can input it into our software then out to the machine.
CNC Lathe
Our CNC Lathe can produce parts in no time. We can turn parts to within .001 in. and repeat this over and over. We can thread internally and externally, drill out a shaft and many other options. Our in-house programming with CAD/CAM software can simulate the part before the machine runs so we can quote you the best possible price. We work with many different software formats so if you already have your part designed we can input it into our software then out to the machine.
Plasma Table
Automatic Band Saw
Our automatic band saw can cut bar stock to within 1/32 of an inch and can hold multiple cut lengths in it’s computer control. With it’s full automation, you can get multiple lengths from one bar or a whole bundle.
Iron Worker
Our 75 ton ironworker makes short work of punching holes in parts.
We can cut the part on our plasma table then with the pierce holes be able to punch holes in the parts.
Pipe Coping Service
We offer pipe coping on our coping machine. This is done to provide a perfect fit to weld two pipes together without using a off-the-shelf fitting. We can cope 1 inch pipe all the way to 3 inch pipe. It can also cope at an angle up to 45 degrees. This can be used for railings, roll cages and much more!
